Payroll Service

Whether weekly or monthly, the calculation of wages and salaries can be very time consuming and requires you to keep up to date with the latest changes from HMRC such as Tax Deductions, National Insurance, Pension Deductions and Tax Credits of various kinds.

To utilize my service, and save you time and trouble, you will need to send the information you wish me to take into account when calculating salaries. This may include absenteeism, overtime, bonuses, and all relative information received from HMRC regarding tax code changes, etc. For reliability, this should be sent by email or fax.

The service I will provide:

Prepare employees pay slips and post or deliver to you
Prepare month-end payroll analysis
Prepare P45s when appropriate
Complete your pay slip booklet so all you have to do is make the payment

I will also prepare your year-end forms for you, which include:

Completing the P35
P14 for both PAYE and National insurance
Employees P60
